If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your item.

Conditions for Returns:

* Item must be unused, in original packaging.

* Proof of purchase (order number/email) is required.

Refund Process:

1. Contact us at contact@dimostore.net with your order number.

2. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you and process the refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal-use products cannot be returned.
